On November 22, 2025, the 15th National Conference on Particle Testing and the 2025 National Symposium on Powder Testing Technology Applications opened in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The conference was jointly organized by the Particle Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Particles and the Beijing Powder Technology Association. The Particle Testing Professional Committee, a subsidiary of the Chinese Society of Particles established in 1986, focuses on theoretical research, instrument development, and standard formulation in the field of particle testing. Its member units include enterprises and research institutions such as National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University, Jinan Winner Particle, Linkoptik, and Bettersize Instruments. Coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the committee's establishment, this conference brought together leading experts, young scholars, industry elites, and partners in the fields of particle testing and powder technology across China. Mr. Ren Fei, a standing committee member of the Particle Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Particuology and chairman of Jinan Winner Particle Instrument Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the conference.

After four decades of development and refinement, China's particle testing technology has achieved a revolutionary leap—from macroscopic to microscopic analysis, from offline laboratory testing to online monitoring, and from single-parameter to multi-dimensional intelligent analysis. The technological heritage of Winner Particle's testing technology dates back to 1982 when it undertook the National Seventh Five-Year Plan key scientific project. Today, its product series, including laser particle size analyzers, nano particle size analyzers, particle image analyzers, spray particle size analyzers, online particle size analyzers, and particle counters, not only dominate the domestic market but also compete internationally. Winner Particle has personally experienced and witnessed the development and growth of China's particle testing industry.

During the conference, Mr. Ren Fei, Chairman of Winner Particle, served as the host. In the presence of peers in the particle field, he presented awards to rising stars in the industry and conveyed his earnest expectations. The future is here, and the torch is passed on. The particle industry has developed through continuous innovation and relentless effort. To recognize the contributions of individuals and enterprises to the development of particle testing in China, the society presented Outstanding Contribution Awards to several companies and individuals. Winner Particle received the "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise" award, and Mr. Ren Fei was honored with the "Outstanding Contribution Individual" award.
