Winner2006B is an intelligent, fully automated laser diffraction particle size analyzer based on MIE scattering theory. It can precisely test the particle size distribution from 0.1μm to 1000μm. Its measurement range is 0.1-1000μm, which is significantly expanded and is especially suitable for users with small particle size samples. Its testing effect on submicron particles has reached international standards.
It adopts a fully built-in dispersion system, which integrates mechanical stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and pipeline circulation. The overall control coordination is good, and the pipeline is shortened to prevent secondary precipitation of large particles.
Using Winner patented concentrated light Fourier transform technology and dual-spectrum optical path design, scatteredlight is not constrained by the lens aperture.
The precision four-phase hybrid stepping motor is used to form the optical path automatic centering system, and the micro-motion accuracy reaches 0.1 micron. It keeps the instrument's optical path in the best state all the time, while eliminating thetroubles and difficulties caused by manual alignment of the optical path accuracy and stability of test results.
Using the original unconstrained free fitting technology of Winenr, the particle size analysis is not limited by any function, and can truly reflect the distribution state of particles.
