The instrument employs a wet circulating dispersion system, which can continuously and uniformly disperse particles, effectively preventing sedimentation and agglomeration. The system supports coordinated control of ultrasound and circulation, allowing for flexible adjustment of dispersion intensity to adapt to various samples and significantly improving test consistency and repeatability.
The modular design of dry and wet dispersion shortens the circulation pipeline and prevents the precipitation of large particles. It is not only conducive to the uniform dispersion of samples, but also reduces maintenance costs. And it is conducive to the cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
The unique unconstrained free fitting technology collects scattering dataduring the measurement process and has the ability to automaticallyanalyze multi-modal particle groups. It is not constrained by any function. Particles below 2um are tested in 12 particle size grades with extremelyhigh physical resolution.
Adopting the patented inverse Fourier (folded optical path) technology, there ception of scattered light from sample particles is not limited by the focallength of the optical path.
