Winner3003 is a basic dry dispersion laser particle size analyzer. It uses the scientific structure design and a new generation of dispersion device, and its dispersion effect is better than similar instruments. Based on the MIE scattering theory, it employs a converging Fourier transform optical path and is equipped with a high-performance laser and a high-sensitivity photodetector ring to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of the test results.

It uses air as dispersion medium, and uses turbulent dispersion principle with high precision feeding device, patent powder spray pump and oil-free silent gas source ensuring the samples to be fully dispersed. It's fit for any dry powder materials, especially the powder that takes chemical reaction with water or changes its shape in liquid. Compared to the wet laser particle size analyzer, it's with the same accuracy and repeatability.

(1) Intelligent operating system enables one-click testing

Simply place the sample in, and all processes, including dust removal, air supply, and material feeding, will be completed automatically. It not only reduces workload but also eliminates errors caused by human factors, further improving the accuracy of testing and the authenticity of test results.
